Shipping & Returns
FOR U.S. ORDERS
We currently use FedEx ground with tracking or USPS Priority Mail with tracking for shipping orders within the United States. All orders (excluding custom framing orders) ship within 3-5 business days. If your package gets lost in transit, we will do everything we possibly can to assist you. We cannot be held responsible for packages once proof of delivery is generated, however. If your package requires a signature, we are not responsible for any charges incurred for refused packages, and/or packages requiring signatures that were not picked up from access points in a timely manner. If a package is refused and/or returned to us, the fees to re-ship the original package again will be invoiced to the customer.
FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
All orders shipped internationally are final sale. We currently use USPS and/or DHL Express to ship all international orders. Please email email@example.com prior to purchasing to receive an international shipping quote based on the specs and location. Please note that for international orders, any taxes and duties are the sole responsibility of the purchaser.
Every order, commission, and sale is handled with care and as much clarity and transparency as possible. My goal is for you to be completely thrilled with your purchase! Because of this, all sales are final except in certain situations. Please take the time to read descriptions carefully and check colors on multiple screens if you are concerned about color variations. I try my best to represent the colors and tones in my work honestly and clearly.
